WEWAM Empowers Women for Work-Life Success

Empowerment for Work-Life Success workshop held today with powerful results. Although it was our first time meeting each other, there was heartfelt sharing of failures as well as successes. We were near tears at one point as one participant shared about her recent family crisis. It was a timely reminder to put first things first. Glad we set this afternoon apart to encourage each other to run the race of life with focus and excellence.

Singapore Book Awards 2016

Honoured that Ryan the Playground Expert was a Best Children’s Title Finalist and Keep Calm and Mother On was a Best Non-Fiction Title Finalist.
Best Children’s Title Finalist really belongs to the artist of the book, Ong Sheng Hua! Together, we want to dedicate the placing to Ansel Abraham Lim, who inspired the story Ryan the Playground Expert.
Best Non-Fiction Title Finalist belongs to my editor Ruth Wan, who came up with the concept of Keep Calm and Mother On.
Tonight’s Singapore Book Awards Ceremony is for the publishers. It’s nice of STP to invite me to join in the buzz !
